The Icelandic word for "to breathe" is að anda. Helping you to learn to breathe through the gradients of our high contrast lives.

Together, we use movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation to develop a felt sense in the body. It is incredible how these modalities open a gateway for healing when paired with music, spirituality, and ceremony.

 By creating space from our busy minds, we can witness our truth and let go of the stories that limit growth, acceptance, and love.
